PHILOSOPHY
I once read in a book by lifelong runner, Dave Griffin, that when you’re facing a challenge, the hardest part is almost always the very first step. Once you’re moving in the right direction however, momentum becomes a friend.
As a running coach and weight management consultant, I would love to help you “move in the right direction” and find the momentum you need to confront your health and fitness challenges. Whether it’s assistance you need in achieving your running or weight loss goals, or a combination of both, I can help you!
One thing that life has taught me is that there will always be challenges, and that the best way to overcome them is to meet them head-on. I’m not so fearless that I’ll tackle every obstacle I face, but I am willing to take many of them on. And every now and again it helps to have someone backing me up, or giving me the mental motivation I need to keep going.
Just as a duck sitting on still water is unlikely to move unless it’s pushed, so might you also need a push. If that’s you, then let me be the one who helps push you towards your goals.

As a women's running coach, I hope to help you achieve your goals, either at a race or in pursuing a healthy running lifestyle.
"Healthy body + Healthy mind = Happy Life" — That is my personal philosophy. Both components rely on the other and running is what works for me to get there. I hope to help you, the busy mother, or busy working woman, or both, to run stronger and happier.
I coach only women and love endurance running, from beginner to advanced.
The body achieves what the mind believes!
